As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For an optimal experience, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate your cooperation! Rules 1. No pets allowed. 2. Please clean your own dishes, otherwise a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Although rare, excessive cleaning including multiple and visibly dirty dishes, excessive trash left on counters or throughout the home, or smoking in the home may be charged an additional fee based on the extent of cleaning or remediation that is needed. 3. Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. 4. No smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, dispose of cigarette butts in an appropriate container. 5. No parties or events. 6. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is promptly at 11 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made. 7. There is a trash can in the kitchen, and a larger trash can and recycling bin outside the garage. Trash and recycling day is Tuesday - please cans at the street on Monday night. They will only collect items from the bins, not any bags. 8. No candles or other flammable items inside the unit please. 9. Use of the home, amenities, and pool are all at your own risk. By booking with us you indicate that you take responsibility for this risk for all guests travelling with you, and are especially responsible for children's safety near or in the pool and yard. 10. Items found broken or missing at the end of your stay will be charged to you to replace. A receipt will be provided as well as a request for reimbursement. Please do not take beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, glassware, pool floats or noodles, etc. with you when you depart! 11. Please always remember to close umbrellas, hot tub lid, grill and fire pit with the provided covers when not in use. 12. Treat our home as you would treat your own home, and enjoy your stay!

Pool gear is stored in outdoor storage hutches around the back of the house - floats, noodles, life jackets, outdoor games, etc. Please put umbrellas down when not in use and return pool items to storage before you depart! Beach gear is in the garage. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys can be returned here after use. The newly constructed pickleball court features a 16' x 38' playing area with a total court surface of 20' x 44'. Please always close the hot tub cover when not in use. Pool and Hot Tub use is at your own risk and children should always be attended in or near the pool. Be safe and remember to turn off the propane fire pit when not in use! Additionally we provide a pack 'n play and high chair, which can be found in the primary bedroom closet, and some children's toys and books for your little ones.
